Just like the name says, These houses are made of 1/4" to 3/8" plywood and are built solid. Because of the added thickness of the wood these kits do not require additional support and are quick to assemble. Assembly is accomplished with glue and nails (nails included).

# The PEACHES & CREAM has four rooms and a large attic. The kit includes prehung door, windows, stair case, porch and all the gingerbread trim. Shingles and clapboard are available seperately.
