Over 2005 square inches of floor space. The Montclair features nine rooms plus a foyer and hall. The realistic floor plan creates unique and exciting possibilities. The first and second floors have 10" high ceilings and a beautifully carved staircase. Third floor ceiling has 9" inch ceilings which can easily accomadate ceiling fixtures. Revolutionary Dowel Construction Method. Holes have been predrilled in the 3/8" floors and the 1/2" walls. The fluted dowels are glued and inserted into the holes. This highly accurate technique is easy to do. It also creates the strongest joint known in woodworking. This kit includes windows, doors, staircases, shutters, ornate wood trim and a 3/4" cabinet grade plywood foundation. Shingles and clapboard are available seperately.
