Part of our "Tuff Stuff Series," this kit is constructed of cabinet grade birch plywood. The clapboard is milled (routed) into the exterior walls. The Ginger bread trim, interior stair cases, windows and doors are included and assembled. The doors are even already hinged in their frames making installation a snap! Shingles, shutters and hardware such as door knobs are bought seperately.
