Ordering Instructions

Minimum order US$20.00

On Line Orders

After you place your order you will receieve later by email a confirmation that your orderr was receieved. The confirmation will arrive the next time we down load our mail wgich may not be until the following morning.

Faxed Orders

If you prefer to fax us with your credit card information, Our 24 hour fax line is (301) 570-5667 You will be charged only when the goods are shipped.

To place an order we will need to know;

a) Which card
b) Card number
c) Name of cardholder
d) Expiry date (mm/yy)
e) Your signature (on mail or fax orders)

Visa Mastercard Amex

Credit cards are the easiest way to pay. Your card will be charged on the day we ship. You will only be charged for the items shipped. Back orders will be charged on the day they are shipped.

Personal Cheques

Mail your order to our head office at 5450 Sherbrooke St. West Montreal, Pq, Canada H41V9. Orders paid by cheque will be held ten days pending bank clearance of your personal cheque. There is a return cheque charge of $15.00 for NSF cheques.

Postal Money Orders

Are shipped the same day. Please purchase a International postal money order in US dollars or Canadian dollars.

Shipping & Handling Charges

We will ship by U.P.S. or Canada Post unless you specify differently. U.P.S. charges are based on the weight of the package and the distance it has to travel.
Brokerage fee: US$20.00 will be added to your invoice if your order meets all of the following criteria:
#1 Orders that are shipped by UPS STANDARD (only) or by regular Trucking company.
#2 That are of a value OVER US$199.00
#3 And are being shipped out of Canada.
If your order does not meet all three of these conditions you will not be charged the brokerage fee.

Canadians picking up their order at our store

If you choose to pick up your order at our store, quote the part number and the web price. You will be charged the equivalent in Canadian dollars along with a customs and handling fee.

Canadian orders

Add 7% GST and Quebec orders must add 7% GST plus 7.5% PST.
