Shipping & Handling Charges
We will ship by United States Postal Service unless you specify differently. Charges are based on the weight, size and the distance the package has to travel.Canadian orders
We do not charge the Maryland state tax for orders shipped outside of Maryland. We do not charge the GST or PST for orders shipped to Canada. Charging the GST is at the discretion of the inspector logging in coming mail from the US. From what we are told by our customers, just about all orders under US$200 arrive tax free.
Return Policy
* Goods returned within ten days of receiving your order will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise.
* Goods returned within thirty days of receiving your order will be refunded 85% of the cost of the merchandise.
Goods returned after thirty days of receiving your order will only be credited towards other merchandise.
In all cases:
* The goods are to be returned in sale-able condition. No refunds or returns for started kits.
* The customer will pay for shipping costs both ways.
* Delivery date is determined by the USPS delivery tracking information.
