30 DAY RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase in its "Original condition within 30 days" of the order date for a refund or exchange for other merchandise. Please include a copy of your invoice. We do not accept back merchandise that is missing parts, partially built or damaged..

There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns, and shipping is non refundable both ways. An authorization number is required for return. Please call us at 888-980-9099 to get the authorization number. Please display the authorization number on the out side wrapping of your return.

ORIGINAL CONDITION means that no internal packaging has been opened, and everything including the kit box itself is undamaged. All our shipments are shipped insured. If upon delivery you see damage notify us immediately.
