Roter Lowe was a Dutch Galleon built in 1597 and bought for the Elector of Brandenburg. She was in service in Pillau from 1602 on under the command of Captain Peter Hintze. She had 12 cannons on the lower deck , 4 cannons on the main deck, 2 stern chasers and 4 culverines.

#131-402-0 Mamoli: Plank on frame construction . Using percision cut basswood parts. Double planked hull. The fittings include wooden blocks and deadeyes, brass rings and eyebolts, plus bilge pump, fife rails and anchors. The instructions are written in English, and Italian with many diagrams to aid in the construction.
